Roles span languages, software, mathematics, the sciences, medicine, law, finance and writing. Students and young professionals are welcome.
Solune Select is independent of the platforms. When an introduction leads to a role, a platform may reward us through its referral programme. You always apply directly with the platform.

The founders
Two brothers,one standard.
Solune Select is led by Geert and Thijs Vos, brothers from the Netherlands who have done expert AI work themselves. Our system brings the speed. We bring the judgement, and hold every introduction to our own standard.
Geert Vos
LinkedInGeert was one of the sixteen top performers on Scale AI’s Dutch project. He has since worked on multiple Mercor and micro1 projects, and on other leading AI platforms. A designer for more than ten years, he co-founded Scalision, a studio for premium websites and AI-made ads.
Thijs Vos
LinkedInThijs was also one of the sixteen top performers on Scale AI’s Dutch project. He has worked on multiple Mercor and micro1 projects, and on other AI training platforms. He co-founded Scalision with Geert, and runs Glory, an independent partner for AI data licensing.
How much can I earn?
It depends on the role and your expertise. Mercor reports an average contracted rate of $95 an hour, and specialist roles can pay more. You always see the rate before you accept a project.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Our guidance is free for talent. When an introduction leads to a role, the platform may reward us through its referral programme.
What kind of work is it?
Paid, remote projects for leading AI labs, such as writing, reviewing and evaluating AI responses in your own field. Most roles are flexible, so you can fit them around your studies or work.
Are you part of Mercor or micro1?
No. Solune Select is independent. We prepare you and point you to the right roles; you apply, and work, directly with the platform.

What happens to my details?
